Payment:
Motoworxracing.com processes Paypal payments only through the online store. We can process credit cards but customers will need to call in or email through the contact page.

Shipping:
All customers are responsible for any and all shipping charges related to purchases or returns. All shipping is handled through the US postal service.

Handling time:
Up to three days but usually only one. Same day shipping when possible if order is received before 1:00pm Mountain Time.

Returns:
We operate on a satisfaction guaranteed but believe that the customer is responsible for doing their due diligence and research prior to checkout.

• Exchange or money back for all manufacturing defects that may occur
• There will be a 20% restock fee for buyers remorse or ordering mistakes.
• 100% exchange value for equal or lesser value.
• Buyer to pay all related shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are not refunded

Backorders:
Unless otherwise stated backorders will be filled as soon as possible. Typically within 1 to 2 weeks. Often parts are just waiting to get back from the anodizing.
