This is a complete set.  This will include everything needed to be operational except for tires

• All necessary screws
• 6 of the 8 hole 2.2 inner rings raw
• 2 8 spoke convex rings for the front wheel
• 4 of the 2.2 16 hole rings raw
• 2 of the .200″ hex hub extenders for front wheels
• 4 of the 12mm 8 hole 4-40 hex hubs
• 2 front wheels
• 4 rear wheels
• 2 dually connecting hubs
