- This 2.2 wheel is designed to accept Motoworx Racing 17mm detachable hex hub

- Backspacing is adjustable with the 17mm hex extenders in .200″ and .400″ increments

- 2mm hardware is used on the beadlock rings and 2.5mm screws are included for the hex hub mounts.
- The outer ring screw hole pattern on the 2.2 XD 17 Hole SLW wheel has a 16 hole or 8 hole mounting option. This allows for the use of an 8 hole outer ring in comp situations for quick tire changes or a 16 hole outer ring for scale effect.
- Excess material has been machined out on side walls on the inboard wheel walls for weight savings without structural compromise

Hey all,
Steve from Mojave Valley RC Adventures, and I cannot say enough good things about these wheels. I purchased ( yes, paid full price – not a paid review ) for the Nomad DB-8 to allow a wider range of tire choices for the buggy. We have a wide selection of aluminum beadlock wheels in our collection, and these are by far the best. Superb machine work and attention to detail.
These have been in use for over a year, with no less than 100 battery packs of use. Much of this has been with 6s power, and the wheels easily hold the tires tight at tremendous speed. If you want a set of beadlocks which can handle 6s power, look no further.
I do suggest adding in a set of wheel spacers, and also get the nice aluminum wheel nuts as well. They make installing the wheels much easier.
